What Is Nehemiah Center?

The Nehemiah Center is the outreach arm of Christian Life Assembly that strives to meet immediate needs in Stroudsburg and the surrounding communities.

What Are The Needs?

The Nehemiah Center Clothing Outreach launched in November 2014 and is currently accepting donations.  If you have a donation you can drop-off your gently used clothing items Monday-Friday (9;00am-4:00pm) in the church office or any Wednesday or Sunday.
If you are in need of clothing, please call to setup an appointment to come and browse our Clothing Closet.  We would love to meet you and help you find clothes, shoes, coats and accessories that work for you.

Our food outreach is accepting donations now and we distribute on an as needed (based on supply) basis in conjunction with our Wednesday Clothing Distribution appointments.  If you need food assistance, please call our office at 570.424.1179 to set up a Wednesday appointment.

Celebrate Recovery exists to help people overcome their hurts, habits and hangups.  It meets every Monday from 6:30-9:00pm.  For more information, see our Celebrate Recovery page.
