It can be difficult getting to know everyone on a Sunday morning. That’s why we have reserved the back room of Perkins Restaurant at 1215 W Main St, Stroudsburg on the first Tuesday of each month. We supply the free coffee, and you can purchase additional items if you’d like. The Men and the Ladies alternate months, so contact the church office at 570-424-1179 for more information. We hope to see you there!
Good Start Academy
We offer preschool education and after school child care in Monroe County to children ages six weeks to twelve years. Good Start Academy is not about babysitting. Instead, we provide a fun and safe environment that is committed to quality care and the education of your child.
Good Start Academy is located on the ground floor of Christian Life Assembly. The facility was completely remodeled in 2013 to add more space and make things clean and fresh again. If you would like to schedule a tour of our facilities, call our office at 570.424.2750.
Breathe is our Mom’s group that meets weekly for encouragement and community. We know it’s hard being a mom (no offense, dads) and we want to provide a time to connect to other moms and be refreshed by God. Meeting times and days vary, so contact the main office for more information.
Senior Saints
Senior Saints
Our Senior Saints ministry is geared to those 60 and over. Each quarter we come together for a catered Sunday afternoon Lunch that creates a great opportunity to connect and plan upcoming events. Check out the calendar for up to date information so that you don’t miss anything. If you would like to get information of the next event, please call the church office or send us an e-mail.
Men’s Ministry
Our Men’s Ministry offers activities such as Softball, Basketball, and weekends at the cabin for spiritual renewal. These events are always awesome times for recreation and Fellowship. If you are interested in more information, you can contact the church office and we will connect you with the Men’s Ministry leaders.

Celebrate Recovery
Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered program with foundations firmly established in Biblical truth. The 12 Steps with accompanying Scriptures and the 8 Principles based on the Beatitudes offer participants a clear path of salvation and discipleship; bringing hope, freedom, sobriety, healing, and the opportunity to give back one day at a time through our one and only true Higher Power, Jesus Christ. The 12 Steps and the 8 Principles work seamlessly together, tying historical recovery to timeless Biblical teaching. You can join us every Monday at 6:30 pm for light refreshments, or just come at 7:00 pm for the meeting.
Grief Share
GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. Receive an encouraging email message every day for a year. These short messages will inspire you and provide practical information as you grieve the loss of your loved one. We meet the first Saturday of the month.
Wednesday Night Bible Study
Join us every Wednesday evening as we look to God’s Word for guidance, strength, hope, and Truth. It’s a great mid-week boost to your faith as we gain insight into God’s desires for us. You can join us every Wednesday at 6:15pm for a family meal open to the whole church, or just come at 7pm for the meeting.
Refuge Student Ministries
Every Wednesday night starting at 7pm our students in grades 7-12 take over the Annex and pursue God. From the student-led worship, to the altar time, our students are taught how to pursue God and discover who they are in Christ.
Life Kids
Our Kids’ program meets on Sunday morning during the 10am service, and on Wednesday nights at 7pm. There are age-appropriate activities and Bible Studies planned for kids ages 0 to grade 6. Come and let the whole family be refreshed!
